IVR CTI Application Developer required ASAP for my well respected client who creates solutions and services for users to access customer data. Using speech or traditional DTMF touchtone, callers must be given a first-rate experience of their contact with their customers companies. Their customers include dozens of blue chip companies across the EMEA.
The experienced speech developer will be required to work with the project manager on the full life-cycle of development projects. The successful candidate will carry out VUI design and development, application development and implementation of customer specific projects with the call-centre products including IVR and CTI in accordance with their ISO 9001 accreditation. The role is client facing and will require travel to customer locations for project meetings, implementation and integration activities which will require a broad knowledge of telephony, database and networking skills with previous experience in pre-sales support activity. Previous experience required- Application Development in either VXML, Java, C or J2EE. Speech Technology plus experience of Telephony Protocols, CTI, Database and Systems Integration.
The successful candidate must be prepared to travel and able to work throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa and must have a Degree, or equivalent, certification. The suitable candidate will be rewarded a salary +£55,000 (depending on experience) and given the opportunity to work for one of the largest companies in the market.
