My client is a small, but expanding, highly successful digital Agency based in West London. My client has been operating for approximately 8 years and their services include Web design, Back End development, Web hosting and online marketing.
Their current client list includes Betfair, Turner, Disney Channel, NBC Universal and Yellow Pages amongst others.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CTO and will be responsible for managing, planning, designing and developing various Java projects. The role involves taking ownership of Back End projects after liaising with the client services and Front End teams, combining hands-on development whilst mentoring, and delegation of tasks to, the development team. The Technical Lead Developer will also be required to manage the Server farm infrastructure and provide application support. Required experience with each of the following- Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Spring MVC, JavaScript/AJAX, XHTML, MYSQL, JUnit and Unix. The ideal candidate will already have experience with managing developers.
Salary base depends on experience but my client is offering up to £55,000 for the candidate plus benefits package.
