J People are specialist Java recruitment consultants who focus on recruiting Java developers, Java consultants, Java architects and technical project managers. 

By constantly headhunting, networking and marketing our services to our target market we are in touch with a constant pool of strong Java developers and other Java skilled professionals who are interested in relevant permanent and contract Java jobs. 

A high proportion of our Java developers come from referrals, recommendations, repeat business and networking.  Where possible we work with Java developers on an exclusive agency basis. 

As a result of our specialist focus in the Java recruitment market we work closely with a number of Java specialists as either a sole supplier or as one of a few preferred suppliers.  Other clients include a range of banks, insurance companies, legal firms, software vendors, software houses and consultancies.
