Candidates - Our Methods

As specialist Java recruitment consultants, working in a specific technical market ensures that we are in regular contact with the relevant employers in the market place and can provide a high level of service, market knowledge and Java jobs that other generalist IT agencies cannot. 

Following initial contact with you, we will consider your motivation for moving and previous experience against out current Java jobs.  Using our market knowledge we will then draw up a list of suitable companies to approach on your behalf that may be interested in your experience and be able to offer you the Java job you are looking for.

Once we have secured a suitable interview we will provide you with interview advice, company information, a job specification and anything else you need to make sure you are properly prepared for the interview.  We will then guide you through the Java recruitment process keeping in regular contact, giving detailed and constructive feedback. 

We will discuss your offer and assist with any negotiations.  If you are happy with the offer we will give resignation advice and provide a draft resignation letter if required.

We will remain available to give advice at any time before or after your first day of employment in your new Java job.
